History of Vada Pav
Vada Pav was invented in the 1960s by a street vendor named Ashok Vaidya in Mumbai. He wanted to create an affordable snack that would satisfy the hunger of the mill workers in the area. His creation was an instant hit and soon became a popular street food across the city. Today, Vada Pav is enjoyed by people all over India and has even made its way to other countries.

- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into balls. Flatten them slightly.
- Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the vadas until they are golden brown.
- Slice the pav bread in half and apply green chutney and tamarind chutney on the inner sides.
